About the role

Raya CX is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support professional to join its on‑site team in 6 October City. The role involves handling inbound customer inquiries via chat and phone, delivering accurate product information, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to French‑language customer queries through chat and telephone channels.
  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting and document each interaction in the system.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Follow established procedures and meet performance targets such as response time and satisfaction scores.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and share insights with the team.

Required profile

  • Strong customer‑facing attitude with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, in French.
  • Good command of English for internal communication and training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken French.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting abilities.
