About the role
We are looking for a dynamic French‑speaking Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will engage with prospective candidates, assess their potential through insightful questioning, and help build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming positions.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Qualify or reject applicants based on interview feedback and resume analysis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
- Achieve weekly targets for outreach calls and email communications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- High energy, passion for recruiting and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
