French Travel Advisor (On-site)

About the role

FlairsTech is seeking a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Maadi. In this full‑time position you will assist customers with travel inquiries, recommend itineraries and manage bookings for flights, hotels and other services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests in French via phone, email and chat, providing accurate travel information.
• Book, modify and cancel travel arrangements using the company’s reservation systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel policies, airline and hotel options, and GDS platforms.
• Document all interactions in the CRM according to company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
• Meet performance targets and adhere to compliance and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with experience in travel, hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken French; good command of English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in tourism, hospitality, languages or related discipline is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi and cover rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and CRM tools; strong typing and data‑entry accuracy.
• Familiarity with travel agency systems, GDS or booking platforms (advantageous).
