French‑Speaking Customer Service Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Egypt. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with U.S. business hours and focuses on assisting hotel guests and staff through inbound calls and email support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from hotel guests and staff in a professional, courteous manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical support requests.
• Create, manage, and resolve support tickets using internal systems, escalating when necessary.
• Handle email communications with clients as required.
• Maintain a positive company image while delivering outstanding service.
• Adhere to attendance policies, operational procedures, and KPI/KVI targets.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Stay updated on company systems, technologies, and policies.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent French with good English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle night‑shift hours.
• Problem‑solving, multitasking, and basic computer troubleshooting skills.
• No hearing difficulties that could affect call handling.
