French‑Speaking Travel Advisor (On‑site)

About the role

Raya CX is seeking a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join its on‑site team in 6 October City. In this full‑time position you will assist customers in French with all aspects of their travel bookings, providing accurate information and a smooth experience across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound French inquiries via phone, email and chat regarding flight, hotel and itinerary bookings.
• Process changes, cancellations and special requests while ensuring data accuracy in the CRM.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable travel options and guide them through the end‑to‑end booking process.
• Resolve routine issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and document all interactions.
• Meet performance targets and adhere to company procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written French; good command of English for internal communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in tourism, hospitality or languages is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Experience or willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and accurate data‑entry.
