About the role

The Address Investments is seeking a Fresh Sales Graduate to join its on‑site sales team in Cairo. This full‑time position focuses on presenting a portfolio of real‑estate projects to prospective buyers, understanding their requirements and guiding them to suitable options. You will work in a dynamic environment that values proactive teamwork, high service standards, and strategic growth in the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and engage with clients to showcase various property developments.
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored real‑estate solutions.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and project timelines.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective buyers.
• Update the CRM system with client interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
• Customer‑service orientation with a proven track record in sales or real‑estate (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a proactive team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive results.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
