About the role
The Front Desk Administrator for the Geely brand at Abou Ghaly Motors will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers. This role requires a professional, welcoming attitude and strong organisational abilities to ensure the front office runs smoothly and supports the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist Geely customers and visitors courteously.
- Provide accurate information and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain and update the Geely customer database with precision.
- Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized and professional.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, reporting and inter‑departmental communication.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous front‑desk, administrative or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
