Front Desk & Client Intake Coordinator – Remote

About the role

Founders Arm, a recruitment partner linking top MENA talent with leading US law firms, is looking for a bilingual Client Intake Specialist. You will be the calm, professional first point of contact for a growing law firm, handling phone and email intake and guiding prospects toward booked consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client intake by phone and email as the primary, professional contact for the firm.
• Tri­age urgency and route inquiries appropriately, distinguishing true emergencies from routine matters.
• Move prospects toward booked consultations using a light, consultative sales approach.
• Manage documents and stay organized in the firm’s systems, especially during busy periods.
• Log every interaction accurately and keep client records clean and up‑to‑date.
• Work within the firm’s time zone with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong phone communication skills with a calm, professional, consultative style.
• Family‑law or legal‑clerk experience is a plus, but not required.
• Sharp attention to detail and comfort working within structured systems.
• Organized and self‑directed, able to manage a high volume of inquiries without dropping follow‑ups.
• Comfortable handling pressure and prioritising urgency correctly.
