Front Desk & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk & Marketing Executive to be the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors at our coworking space. You will combine customer service, community engagement, and administrative coordination to ensure a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and support across phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Manage meeting‑room and workspace bookings, maintain accurate records, and coordinate daily schedules.
• Support onboarding of new members and assist with workspace and meeting‑room inquiries.
• Help plan and execute events, meetups, and community activities.
• Monitor the cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of the space; report and coordinate maintenance issues.
• Prepare regular operational and maintenance reports.
• Encourage community participation, gather feedback, and share insights to improve member experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a professional, positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in startups, coworking spaces, events, or community building.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets and Google Docs.
