About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Receptionist to join our team at Self Medical Hub in New Cairo. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and patients with professionalism.
  • Answer, direct, and manage incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
  • Organize and maintain documents, records, and front‑desk area.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and handling correspondence.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective phone etiquette and reception desk procedures.
  • Basic data entry and document management capabilities.
