About the role
The clinic is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients in Giza. You will ensure a welcoming, organized environment while supporting the medical team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer, direct and take messages on a multi-line phone system.
- Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments.
- Handle patient inquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate patient flow and manage the waiting area.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure a professional patient experience.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in a medical or clinic front-desk setting (preferred).
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and basic medical terminology (advantage).
- High school diploma or equivalent; office administration training is a plus.
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
- Appointment scheduling software.
- Office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Data entry and filing.
