About the role

MedValley is looking for a full‑time Receptionist to join its New Cairo office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, manage the reception area and maintain a tidy environment.
  • Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, record‑keeping and document preparation.
  • Assist with basic office administration and support other team members as needed.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a reception or front‑desk role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with scheduling or booking systems.
