About the role
The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for guests at Lemon Spaces in Cairo, delivering a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Handle phone calls, reservations, inquiries and payment processing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and keep guest records up to date.
- Provide accurate information about the property and local area.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer‑facing role is preferred.
