Front Desk Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients at our laser hair removal clinic in Cairo. You will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure, supporting both clients and treatment staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and answer phone calls.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments using our reservation system.
• Maintain and update client records accurately.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and process basic billing inquiries.
• Provide general information about services and address client questions or concerns.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Coordinate with treatment staff to ensure an efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional appearance.
• Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and pay attention to detail in a busy environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration or customer service is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and scheduling/CRM software.
