Front Line Manager - S&M - Digital Marketing

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Front Line Manager for its S&M Digital Marketing team. The role sits within Genpact's AI Gigafactory, which builds and deploys AI solutions for global enterprises, and involves working with marketing data, analytics and marketing technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain Simon Data datasets, including defining customer segmentation criteria, writing SQL queries and performing QA and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor daily Simon Data processes, troubleshoot ETL failures, optimise dataset queries and share issues and resolutions with business and marketing teams.
• Design marketing technology stack solutions by integrating stakeholder data and building pipelines that connect marketing tools with new data sources.
• Facilitate the upload and delivery of customer lists across business units and to external partners, in line with information security protocols.
• Support internal compliance audits by providing accurate data and documentation to compliance teams.
• Manage event forwarding from mParticle to external parties for paid media campaigns, including requirements gathering, setup and troubleshooting.
• Support marketing experiment analytics by providing audience segmentation, troubleshooting experiment issues and delivering customer lists and AB test data for internal and external campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or Sales, or a Master's in Marketing.
• Certified Digital Marketing Professional (Digital Marketing Institute).
• Proficiency in English (C2 level).
