Front Office Agent

About the role

As a Front Office Agent at Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences. Your role is essential in delivering the warm hospitality that defines the Hilton brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process guest departures, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications efficiently.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and genuine guest service.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous front‑office or guest‑relations experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
