About the role
We are seeking a well‑groomed, friendly Front Office Manager to lead our hotel reception team in Alexandria. The role involves welcoming guests, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Check guests in and out, verify payment methods, and assign rooms.
- Receive and manage online and telephone reservations.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
- Organise transport services and support conference hosting duties.
- Promote hotel specials and upsell services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer‑service attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
Required skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office.
