Frontend Developer – React (Remote, Egypt)

About the role

EcomExperts is a remote‑first development agency that builds fast, high‑quality digital products using AI tools daily. We are seeking sharp frontend developers based in Egypt who love pixel‑perfect implementation and take ownership of their work.

Key responsibilities

• Transform Figma designs into pixel‑perfect, responsive HTML/CSS with exact spacing, typography, and state handling.
• Write clean, performant JavaScript for real DOM manipulation and problem solving.
• Develop and maintain React front‑ends, delivering features end‑to‑end.
• Leverage AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to accelerate development while remaining fully responsible for the code.
• Collaborate with the team through Git and GitHub.

Required profile

• Obsessive attention to detail in HTML/CSS; a 1 px gap is unacceptable.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (closures, async, event loop, DOM, prototypes).
• Experience using AI assistance responsibly—able to spot and correct model errors.
• 2+ years of production‑grade React experience.
• Clear written English and strong asynchronous communication skills for a fully distributed team.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, Flexbox, Grid, responsive layouts, cross‑browser quirks, accessibility.
• JavaScript (ES6+), React, Git, GitHub.
• AI tools: Cursor, Claude, Copilot.
• Node.js, Express, API design (optional).
• Shopify, Liquid (optional).
• TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, testing, performance optimization (optional).

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position with core hours Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST.
• Immediate start for the right candidate.
