Frontend Developer (React/JavaScript)

About the role

Network International is looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join its fast‑growing FinTech team. You will design and build high‑quality web applications that support payments, data insights, lending and other financial services across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop, test and maintain responsive UI components using JavaScript, React and related libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code while optimizing performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve frontend issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2‑5 years of professional frontend development experience, primarily with JavaScript and React.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and modern web standards.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
• Familiarity with state‑management libraries (Redux or MobX) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Good grasp of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming and version control (Git).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a solid portfolio demonstrating past work.
