Frontend Lead – React Native

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead with deep expertise in React Native to drive the development of high‑quality mobile applications for our digital banking platform. You will shape the mobile architecture, mentor a growing team, and ensure that our iOS and Android apps deliver seamless, user‑centric experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the frontend/mobile engineering team, defining standards and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications with reusable, scalable components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver integrated features.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical planning, and code reviews.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure application reliability.

Required profile

• 9+ years of experience in frontend or mobile development.
• 2+ years of experience leading frontend/mobile teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
