Full Stack Data Engineer

About the role

As a Full Stack Data Engineer at Aspire, you will own the end‑to‑end data lifecycle, from raw data ingestion through transformation to delivering insights via web applications. The role is fully remote, collaborating with product, engineering and data teams across Mountain Time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain modern ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows.
• Develop and enhance user‑facing web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL and React.
• Write clean, maintainable code and manage data models with dbt.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation to ensure system reliability and incident response.
• Stay current with the modern data stack and continuously improve data architecture.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing ELT processes and modern data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills for analytical and operational workloads.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and Snowflake data warehouse.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform) and workflow orchestration (Apache Airflow).
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team.
