About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions. In this managerial position you will combine deep technical expertise with leadership to drive digital transformation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of web applications using Node.js and React.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution and successful delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment on timelines, quality standards and client expectations.
• Identify and propose technology‑driven opportunities that add value to the firm and its clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of navigating complex system interactions.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders and senior management.
