Full-Stack Developer (OutSystems + High-Code)

About the role

Simon‑Kucher Engine is seeking a Full‑Stack Developer with strong OutSystems expertise and solid high‑code experience. You will build end‑to‑end digital applications that create measurable impact for our clients, working in an agile, startup‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client business processes into scalable OutSystems solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants, UX designers and technical experts to design innovative concepts.
• Gather requirements, define scope, provide estimates and engage with clients from day one.
• Design, develop and maintain the full lifecycle of applications, including backend logic, REST integrations and APIs.
• Build clean, object‑oriented code, design databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and create responsive front‑ends (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Convert UX/UI mock‑ups (e.g., Figma) into functional interfaces and develop custom analytics dashboards.
• Ensure performance, security and scalability, and contribute to testing, unit tests and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on coding skills and ability to architect full‑stack solutions.
• Proven experience with the OutSystems low‑code platform.
