Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

mylo is a fast‑growing fintech platform in Egypt that enables buy‑now‑pay‑later solutions across thousands of merchants. We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to help design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end features that power both our client‑facing interfaces and core backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full‑stack features for web applications.
• Create clean, modern, and scalable APIs and integrate them with third‑party and internal services.
• Own application functionality, performance, and scalability across the entire technology stack.
• Collaborate with database teams to manage schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Write unit, integration, and API tests to uphold code quality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and core development principles.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud environments (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
