Full-Stack Product Engineer (Founding Team)

About the role

We are building an innovative SaaS platform for drive‑thru and QSR brands that recognises returning customers in real time and delivers a personalised experience. As a founding‑team Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the design, development and scaling of the product from MVP to commercial launch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the core web application.
• Design and manage customer and operational databases.
• Build intuitive staff‑facing dashboards and interfaces.
• Develop analytics and reporting features.
• Integrate with third‑party systems and camera vendors through APIs.
• Implement user authentication, permissions, and account management.
• Support multi‑location and multi‑branch deployments.
• Collaborate on product strategy, architecture, and technical decisions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the platform.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Product‑mindset with ownership mentality.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Required skills

• Modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js or Vue.
• Backend development with Node.js, Python or .NET.
• Relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Design and consumption of REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of SaaS architecture, scalability, security and multi‑tenant design.
• Familiarity with real‑time/event‑driven systems and hardware/IoT integrations.
• Use of AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf).
