Full‑Stack Software Engineer Intern

About the role

Procore is seeking a motivated Full‑Stack Software Engineer Intern to join its Product & Technology team in Cairo. You will work on real‑world features for a leading construction management platform, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and QA specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement high‑quality code for new product features and enhancements.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve software defects to maintain platform stability.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in technical design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
• Follow team processes, attend stand‑ups, and meet delivery expectations.
• Engage in continuous learning through mentorship from senior engineers.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in core development principles such as OOP and data structures.
• Curiosity and drive to solve complex problems in the construction domain.
• Familiarity with modern software development lifecycle practices (testing, CI, monitoring).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex technical challenges into actionable solutions.
• Empathy for users and a focus on translating pain points into software improvements.
