Full‑time On‑site Coach – Cairo

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Coach position is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Coach will work directly with individuals and teams to define clear objectives, create actionable development plans, and monitor progress over time. The role emphasizes a confidential, inclusive environment where participants feel respected and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions.
• Observe performance, provide structured feedback, and help coachees identify strengths and improvement areas.
• Design and deliver coaching materials, exercises, and development tools.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with managers and cross‑functional colleagues to align coaching initiatives with organizational goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with modern coaching methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coaching or mentoring individuals and teams.
• Strong communication, active listening, and feedback abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to guide coachees toward practical solutions.
• Commitment to ethical, confidential, and inclusive coaching practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant coaching certification or training is a plus.
