Garment Supply Chain & Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Garment Supply Chain & Production Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our apparel products, from raw‑material sourcing to final delivery. The role requires close collaboration with design, merchandising, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget production that meets our quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire garment production process from development to delivery.
• Source and negotiate with fabric, trims and garment suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with factories and manufacturers.
• Develop production plans and monitor capacity utilization.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and monitor production timelines.
• Implement quality assurance standards across all production stages.
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment planning and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, marketing, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Generate weekly and monthly supply chain and production reports.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in garment production, apparel manufacturing or fashion supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, production planning, inventory management and quality control.
• Experience working with local and international factories.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple collections and production schedules simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP or inventory‑management systems.
