General Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a General Accountant to support banking and cash management, full‑cycle accounting, intercompany booking and financial reporting for our O7 business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support for banking and cash activities, including wire transfers and bank statement processing.
• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Perform timely bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies immediately.
• Oversee full‑cycle accounting: manage accounts receivable invoicing, aging reports, and collections; validate vendor invoices, run payments, and maintain creditor records; handle petty cash, employee reimbursements, and operational cash flow.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensure due‑to/due‑from balances across entities, and resolve pricing or volume mismatches before month‑end closing.
• Maintain the general ledger for the assigned entity, ensure all entries are properly documented, and assist with month‑end closing and trial‑balance reconciliation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (English section preferred).
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the services sector.
• Proficiency in English.
