Geocycle Site Supervisor

About the role

The Geocycle Site Supervisor will manage the Suez plant’s operations, ensuring safe, efficient and continuous production of alternative fuels and industrial waste processing. This role combines operational oversight, health & safety leadership, and strict adherence to quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, operate and monitor the platform system to guarantee uninterrupted production.
• Adjust feed rates, monitor process parameters and record downtime to meet performance and quality targets.
• Inspect mobile equipment safety, fire‑fighting systems and ensure PPE availability.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments and Safe Work Instructions for all activities.
• Receive, inspect, unload and prepare alternative fuel (RDF, biomass) and industrial waste materials.
• Organise stockpiles, monitor aeration and temperature to maintain material stability.
• Collect, analyse and log operational data while complying with SOPs.
• Ensure proper isolation, barricading and housekeeping in accordance with HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plant or industrial waste processing operations.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs and safety documentation.
• Excellent record‑keeping and reporting skills.
