German Quality Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Quality Analyst to ensure the highest standards of service in German‑language transactions and interactions. You will work closely with team leads to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits and assessments on German‑language transactions/interactions.
• Analyze performance data, track metrics with Excel and Run Charts, and visualise trends over time.
• Collaborate with team leads to deliver constructive feedback and actionable coaching insights.
• (Preferred) Build or maintain Power BI dashboards to streamline quality reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a Quality Assurance or data‑driven analytical role.
• German language proficiency at B2+ level (excellent written and verbal communication).
• English language proficiency at B2 level for internal communication.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulas).
• Experience using Run Charts for data trend analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus.
