About the role
We are seeking a German‑speaking Business Development Executive to drive partner acquisition and manage client relationships across German‑speaking markets for a leading vacation‑rental platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new property owners and hospitality partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with German‑speaking clients and partners.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Conduct business presentations and onboarding discussions in German and English.
- Support account management and partner retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
- Support business growth and revenue generation initiatives.
Required profile
- German language proficiency at minimum B2, C1 preferred.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, hospitality sales, travel‑tech, partnerships, client servicing, or international sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound sales and partner acquisition.
- Willingness to travel to India for training and onboarding sessions.
