About the role
PepsiCo Global Communications is building a Measurement and Insights capability to become a data‑driven function. The Global Communications Insights Manager will act as a hands‑on execution partner, turning data into reporting and insights that guide decision‑making for International Foods and International Beverages worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior Brand Communications stakeholders to drive implementation of phase 1 of the Communications Insights transformation.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor to Global Communications (International Foods & International Beverages), delivering day‑to‑day reporting and analysis.
- Brief agencies on Global Brand Communications requests and ensure data aligns with Measurement and Insights COE governance standards.
- Build insight reports, disseminate corporate reputation insights, and proactively uncover market opportunities or risk‑mitigation insights.
- Deliver market, portfolio, and brand‑level analysis using agency dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools, adding business context to produce clear insights.
- Develop explanations of business performance, key drivers, and optimisation opportunities to enable insights‑led decisions.
- Respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests, creating tables, charts, and narratives from relevant data.
- Support the development and rollout of a holistic measurement framework to track the impact of communications on brand objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience working with senior communications stakeholders in a global, data‑driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefing agencies and presenting findings.
- Ability to collaborate across business units and act as a trusted advisor.

- Competitive salary range $102,800 – $172,100 per year.
