Global Manufacturing Trainee

About the role

The Global Manufacturing Trainee Program at Kraft Heinz is a 12‑month development journey for recent graduates who want to launch a leadership career in food manufacturing. You will rotate between factory operations, supply‑chain projects and commercial boot‑camps while gaining hands‑on experience in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a factory‑based efficiency and productivity improvement project using Lean Six Sigma methodology and achieve Yellow Belt certification.
• Shadow a Team Leader or Continuous Improvement Lead to deepen understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Participate in intensive onboarding covering Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial functions.
• Attend training modules such as the Manufacturing Excellence Program and Lean Six Sigma courses.
• Collaborate with global cohorts and zone technical experts across Europe, ANJ, USA, LATAM and Asia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (graduated on or after 2024) in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and consumer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology (Yellow Belt).
