About the role

The Global Manufacturing Trainee Program at Kraft Heinz offers recent graduates a 12‑month, permanent‑contract pathway into manufacturing leadership. Based at the 6 October Factory in Egypt, the programme combines hands‑on factory rotations, Lean Six Sigma training and mentorship from senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Complete an initial factory‑based efficiency project applying Lean Six Sigma methodology and earn a Yellow Belt certification.
• Undertake a second rotation as a Team Leader, Continuous Improvement Lead or Process Owner, managing day‑to‑day production activities.
• Collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain and Production teams to drive productivity improvements.
• Participate in global onboarding sessions and cross‑regional trainee cohorts.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in manufacturing, production or supply chain.
• Ambitious, high‑performing and creative mindset ready to lead.
• Willingness to work onsite in a factory environment.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology (Yellow Belt level).
