Global Sales Force Effectiveness Professional

About the role

EVA Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to health and well-being, is hiring a Global Sales Force Effectiveness Professional in Giza. The role develops and implements performance frameworks, analyzes sales data and works with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial leadership to improve market coverage and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement KPIs and performance frameworks to measure and enhance sales force effectiveness and productivity.
• Analyze sales performance using Power BI, Advanced Excel, CRM platforms and IQVIA data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Generate actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to support commercial decisions, business growth and operational efficiency.
• Standardize performance reporting across regions and improve CRM adoption through customer segmentation, engagement tracking and digital touchpoints.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial leadership to optimize market coverage, resource allocation and Sales Force Effectiveness strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales operations, performance management, market analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
