Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews for roles that require proficiency in Go (Golang), focusing on language fundamentals, concurrency patterns, and API/system integration.
• Collaborate with recruiters to design interview questions that reflect real‑world Go usage and challenge candidates appropriately.
• Provide detailed feedback and evaluation reports to hiring managers, highlighting technical strengths and cultural fit.
• Stay current with the latest developments in the Go ecosystem and related technologies to keep the interview process up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Solid background in software development with proven expertise in Go.
• Experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or teaching is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver objective, constructive feedback.
