Graduate Production Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

Join Elsewedy Electric’s Graduate Development Program as a Production Engineer. You will support the manufacturing strategy, work alongside experienced engineers, and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production lines, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to boost efficiency, quality and safety.
• Collect and analyse production data to uncover quality issues and optimisation opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation of process changes, standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate new technologies and enhance manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Data analysis for production performance.
• Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance support.
• Process improvement and implementation of standard operating procedures.
