Graduate Program - Skills & Learning Operations

About the role

PwC ETIC's Skills & Learning team is looking for a graduate to join its paid 1-year program. The role supports the design, execution and scaling of upskilling initiatives for internal teams and external academic partners, and suits freshers or early-career professionals (0-1 years of experience) interested in operations, program coordination and talent development administration.

Key responsibilities

• Learner onboarding and orientation: help new cohorts understand their learning paths, platforms, schedules and expectations.
• Engagement and retention: monitor engagement, spot early signs of disengagement and reach out with support or escalate where needed.
• Program administration: handle day-to-day operations so timelines, engagement and deliverables are met.
• Logistics coordination: organise session schedules, trainings and logistics arrangements.
• Communications: manage messages to learners and vendors, reminders and follow-ups.
• Tracking and reporting: maintain participant lists, attendance logs and feedback records, and prepare status updates for program leads.
• Vendor and partner support: coordinate with training providers, external facilitators and academic partners.
• Record keeping: ensure program documentation is complete and stored correctly.
• Personalised learner support: act as the first point of contact for queries about schedules, access, content and technical issues.

Required profile

• 0-1 years of work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
