PPM Graduate Program – Agile Practitioner (German Speakers)

About the role

PwC's Advisory business unit is looking for fresh graduates to join its German team on consulting projects in Portfolio, Program and Project Management (PPM). The role suits candidates who want a structured start in consulting, with extensive training, a strong international network and responsibility from day one. It is an internship within the ETIC practice in Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Support digitalization and transformation projects for clients in commercial, financial services and public sectors, using agile and traditional project management approaches and modern digital PPM tools.
• Contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) and help ensure transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and budgets across projects, programs and portfolios.
• Work with methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2 or classic process models with the team.
• Take part in team and business development, helping grow the PPM services and expand your professional network within PwC.

Required profile

• Completed or nearly completed studies in Business Administration/Economics, (Business) Information Technology, (Industrial) Engineering or a comparable field.
• Ideal: some practical experience through internships, working student positions or thesis work in project management, PMO or consulting.
• Analytical and conceptual strength, structured approach, teamwork and good communication skills.
• Very good German and English, written and spoken (German at least C1, mandatory).

Required skills

• Interest in project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) and digital PPM tools; initial certifications are a plus but not required.
