Graphic Design Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Graphic Design Team Leader to manage our design department, coordinate order fulfillment, and ensure seamless collaboration between production, design, and customer‑facing teams. This full‑time onsite position is based in Qesm El Maadi and offers the chance to shape the visual identity of our brand while mentoring a creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of graphic designers to deliver high‑quality visual solutions.
• Allocate design tasks, balance workloads and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Handle client communications via chat, calls and tickets to capture design requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality standards, brand consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
• Implement process improvements to boost workflow efficiency and team productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm order fulfillment and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product development to align design work with business objectives.
• Oversee creation of online and offline marketing materials and ad‑campaign concepts.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership within graphic design.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor and provide constructive feedback.
