Graphic Designer

About the role

PepsiCo’s Global Design team is looking for a hands‑on Graphic Designer to join the Foods & Snacks Group. You will work closely with brand, insight, media, e‑commerce and engineering teams to translate brand strategy into compelling visual solutions across digital and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual identity for assigned food and beverage brands, collaborating with design managers and global teams.
• Generate creative concepts, visual scenarios and design proposals that meet brand guidelines.
• Participate in research activities to turn consumer insights into actionable design requirements.
• Execute design solutions for social media, digital assets and other brand touchpoints.
• Drive design decisions through to final artwork approval and production.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of brand‑focused graphic design experience.
• Strong sense of form, proportion, colour and material.
• Ability to visualise and articulate creative ideas clearly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D design software (a plus).
• Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools.
