Group Procurement Excellence Manager

About the role

The Group Procurement Excellence Manager will act as a change leader, embedding new ways of working, systems and governance models across the organisation. You will drive the design and deployment of standardized procurement processes to improve efficiency, control and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized procurement operating models and processes.
• Automate and digitise the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle in partnership with Finance, IT and business stakeholders.
• Ensure procurement systems deliver a seamless user experience, robust controls and high‑quality data visibility.
• Manage governance frameworks to guarantee compliance with internal policies, authority limits and audit requirements.
• Define, monitor and report on a comprehensive set of procurement KPIs, driving corrective actions when needed.
• Develop performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, performance gaps and improvement opportunities across categories and regions.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Internal Audit and business teams to align processes, systems and performance objectives.
• Support capability building and knowledge transfer within the procurement function.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading procurement transformation or excellence initiatives at a group or enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, IT and business units.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven results.
