GTM Engineer – AI-Powered Go-to-Market Automation

About the role

Join Easygenerator as a GTM Engineer to help build and automate the AI-powered systems that drive go-to-market execution across Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations. You will work in a fast-growing EdTech scale-up, gaining hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code automation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup and maintenance of workflows across the company’s CRM and GTM tools, under guidance from senior team members.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to automate repetitive tasks, summarise data and accelerate manual processes.
• Maintain clean, reliable data across systems to ensure trustworthy reporting.
• Build and test simple automations, including trigger-based workflows, notifications and reporting dashboards.
• Document workflows and processes clearly for future maintenance and improvement.
• Identify inefficient processes and propose fixes, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations.
• Continuously learn new AI and automation tools and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience or academic exposure to marketing, sales, business operations or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI-driven solutions and willingness to learn.
• Clear communicator who can explain thinking and ask questions when needed.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks or projects in parallel.
• Coachable and responsive to feedback.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with no-code automation platforms like Zapier, Make or n8n.
