Guest Experience Officer

About the role

The Guest Experience Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position at Radisson BLU Cairo Heliopolis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and handle special requests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams.
• Monitor guest feedback, support loyalty‑program engagement, and promote hotel services and facilities.
• Assist with VIP arrangements and maintain accurate records in hotel management systems.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly.
• Proven focus on customer satisfaction and experience, especially in hospitality settings.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Calm under pressure, capable of handling complaints professionally and solving problems independently.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in hotels, front desk, or guest relations; hospitality‑related diploma or degree is beneficial.
