About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable while supporting the overall operations of the property.

Key responsibilities

  • Adopt a welcoming, helpful attitude toward all guests.
  • Assist guests with business‑center services and other front‑desk requests.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems promptly.
  • Maintain close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

  • University degree, preferably in Tourism or Hotel Management.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.

Required skills

  • Experience with Opera or a related hotel property management system.
