About the role
We are seeking a passionate Harvest Engineer to lead and optimise harvesting operations at our Minya site. The role focuses on maximising productivity, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality standards across our farming activities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily and seasonal harvesting activities.
- Manage harvesting equipment and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Lead field teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor harvest performance, minimise crop losses and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Prepare operational reports and analyse harvesting KPIs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- 8‑10 years of experience in commercial agricultural harvesting operations.
- Strong leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
