Head of Data Management

About the role

The Data Analyst will own the end‑to‑end management of EduGate’s data assets, ensuring CRM data accuracy, building automated dashboards for the sales team, and delivering insights that drive enrollment forecasting and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain student and sales data in the CRM with 100% accuracy, perform daily cleaning, deduplication and validation.
• Create and maintain real‑time dashboards using Google Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel or Power BI to track sales KPIs and automate regular performance reports.
• Audit data‑entry compliance, publish Data Health Scores, develop SOPs and train new staff on data processes.
• Conduct sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, identify conversion drop‑off points and provide predictive recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Data Management or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of proven experience in data entry, data cleaning, and reporting within a sales or education environment.
