About the role
The Head of Organizational Development will lead the design and execution of OD strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. This senior position partners with business leaders to shape workforce structure, capability building, and change initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement Organization Development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Design and maintain competency frameworks for all levels and functions.
- Lead manpower planning and utilization analysis to drive efficiency.
- Review and optimise organisational structures, job grading, and reporting lines.
- Create succession planning programmes and talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Support performance‑management processes, including KPIs, appraisals and development plans.
- Partner with department heads to identify capability gaps and organisational needs.
- Lead change‑management and transformation initiatives as required.
- Ensure job descriptions are current and aligned with structures and competencies.
- Prepare OD reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 7‑10 years of experience in Organization Development, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in competency framework development, succession planning and organisational design.
- Very good command of English.
