Head of Technical Office Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Technical Office Engineer to lead our Technical Office team and ensure the successful delivery of projects with the highest quality standards. This senior position reports directly to senior management and works closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all Technical Office functions, including shop drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Review, coordinate, and approve technical drawings and documents to meet project specifications and contract requirements.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, and variation orders.
• Provide technical support and solutions for site execution challenges.
• Ensure alignment between Technical Office deliverables and project schedules.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate Technical Office Engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Technical Office roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
